Property Description

A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 1L- SUNNYSIDE UP - This first floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross the street to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has one queen and one set of bunk beds (2 twins). The dining table seats four.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, high efficiency washer and dryer in the unit, blender, large seafood pot, air fryer, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, and Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills in the common area near the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, but there's some ocean view from the side. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
