Located in an oceanfront complex with a private, coded beach access gate—so there are no streets to cross—this newly renovated 2026 retreat features stylish new décor and updated bathrooms, offering a clean, modern coastal feel with all the comforts of home—perfect for families.

• 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
• Bedroom 1: King bed + private half bath
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + bunk beds (2 twins)
• Dining table for 4

• Private side balcony with partial ocean views + 4 bar-height chairs
• Private beach access (coded gate)
