A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE II - 275 West First Street Unit 22J- This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, and the second bedroom has two singles. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table has two chairs and a comfortable bench.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender and Wi-Fi. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. The laundry area is adjacent to the pool. The private balcony offers an outstanding view of the ocean. It's like being on the oceanfront without the cost of oceanfront. (Please see photo labeled, "View from deck").

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

Please note: This property does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN TWO PARKING PASSES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.
