The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a twin bed. A second full bathroom opens to the hallway and features a tub/shower combination. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space to reach the home’s maximum occupancy of six. The dining table seats six.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a blender, toaster, and both Keurig and standard coffee makers. For in-home comfort and connectivity, the condo offers central air conditioning and high-speed wireless internet. Entertainment is supported with a Roku TV in the living area and Roku TVs in both bedrooms.

Community and outdoor features include a seasonal community pool, an outdoor shower, and hibachi grills located on the opposite side of the building from the pool. The second bath opens to the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, ROKU TV in living area, ROKU TVs in both bedrooms, and high speed Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which is positioned to the side of the building, with a perfect ocean view. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
