Inside the condo
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, and both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker. The small dining table seats four. There is no cable service; instead, there are three Smart TVs with Roku streaming, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Secured Wi-Fi is included.
Outdoor living
The private balcony faces the side of the building, overlooks the pool, and has a great ocean view. Enjoy the seasonal community pool and rinse off at the outside shower. Hibachi grills are on the opposite side of the building from the pool.

The condo has central heat and air, a full-size stackable washer and dryer, and secured Wi-Fi.
Check-in
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
Linens included
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
