A Place At The Beach 2j - Stanley Condo Vacation Rental With Pool

A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 2J - Amazing Oceanside View! This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. Both bedrooms have TVs. The small dining table seats four.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, full-size stackable washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service. The owner does provide Streaming with Roku on three Smart TVs (1 in living room, and one in each bedroom) There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, overlooking the pool, and there's a great ocean view. (Please see photo labeled "View from deck").

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
