A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 1A -This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has a queen and a set of twin bunks.
This condo does not provide cable service, but there's ROKU streaming in living area and both bedrooms to be accessed with guest's own accounts..
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron, shared laundry facilities room by the pool, and Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills in the common area. This unit has a private balcony. Please see the photo of the view from the private deck.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
