Additional Notes:<br />
- This home is not pet friendly.&nbsp; Thank you for not bringing pets to this property.<br />
-&nbsp;Firewood for the firepit may be added more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person<br />
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for winter months.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development&#39;s roads.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;<br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
<br />
<strong>CANCELLATION POLICY</strong><br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
