Step inside to a thoughtfully designed kitchen, where expansive countertops and a large granite island provide plenty of space for meal prep or simply enjoying a glass of wine. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with three additional barstools at the island. The living room invites relaxation with a cozy sofa, loveseat, and plush beanbag chairs gathered around a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV.<br />

In the left wing of the home, you&#39;ll find the spacious primary king ensuite&mdash;your private retreat&mdash;featuring a TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and direct deck access. The attached bathroom offers double granite vanities, a custom-tiled shower, and a separate water closet for added privacy.<br />

The right wing houses two additional bedrooms and a game room. The queen ensuite includes a TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and a beautifully tiled shower with granite counters. Further down the hall is a fun and functional bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a TV, and playful touches including a children&#39;s teepee. Adjacent is a third full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and granite vanity. The hallway also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.<br />

At the end of the hall is the game room&mdash;an entertainment haven with a large sectional sofa, mounted TV for movie nights, and an ottoman that opens into a twin sleeper. A dedicated game area features an air hockey table and a built-in counter stocked with board games for hours of fun.<br />

Outside, the Care Free theme continues...&nbsp;the main deck includes rocking chairs to soak in the mountain scenery, a gas grill, and a dining table for eight. Around the corner, near the primary suite, you&#39;ll find a covered outdoor lounge area with a sectional and gas fire table&mdash;the perfect spot to unwind.<br />

- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- The North Pavilion&nbsp;is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.<br />
- The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD/AWD and/or chains required for all mountain homes during times of snow/ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. The driveway is gravel with a slight incline.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The home has a Ring doorbell camera, and two on the driveway/parking. There are no cameras inside or on the back decks/fire pit/hot tub.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.<br />
- Guests returning to Camp Care Free may receiving a discount to the rent of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.<br />

<strong>CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</strong>
