The open-concept living area invites you to relax after a day on the slopes, complete with cozy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and large windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors in. Step outside to enjoy your own private mountain oasis. Soak in the brand-new hot tub, gather around the gas fire table, and take in the crisp mountain air and wooded surroundings. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or simply unwinding, this home has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay.<br />

<strong>Additional notes:</strong> <br />
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- This home is pet friendly to two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. <br />
- This home offers relatively easy access from the main road however, 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter months as the surrounding roads on Sugar Mountain can be quite steep. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. <br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- Parking space for up to 3-4 vehicles<br />
- Returning renters to this home can receive a 5% discount. Not to be stacked with any other offers.
