- The roads to this property are paved and plowed in winter weather, however 4WD/AWD vehicles are required during times of inclement weather, with chains being recommended in times of heavy snow. There is parking for 2 vehicles.<br />
- The property is not yet equipped with central AC or minisplits.<br />
- This home offers a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.<br />

- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.</span></span><br />
- You can view Sugar Mountain Ski slopes from the deck. Access the slopes down 60 steps and across a small bridge to Easy Street and ski to the lodge<br />

<span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</span></span><br />
