About This Rental
Welcome to High View, a magnificent, newly constructed (completed April 2026) 5,100-square-foot luxury retreat perched at the top of the mountain in the prestigious Eagles Nest community.
Leaving behind the dark, heavy interiors of typical mountain cabins, High View is a modern, light-filled architectural masterpiece. Designed with clean Scandinavian and Nordic influences, the home features a striking stone and shake exterior, a contemporary metal roof, and expansive bronze-frame windows.
The true showstopper is the summit-tier, 180+ degree panoramic view. From the expansive decks, you can look out over the layered ridge lines of North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, with visibility stretching 98 miles all the way to the mountains of Kentucky.
With sprawling dual living spaces, dual kitchens, and resort-tier amenities, this custom-built estate is designed exclusively for discerning guests who expect the highest standard of comfort, aesthetics, and privacy.
The Space:
- Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen: Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams sit above a culinary showplace. The kitchen features an imported ILVE 8-burner gas range direct from Italy with a pot filler, marble slab backsplashes, and custom maple cabinetry. A massive walk-in pantry serves as a complete second prep space with its own microwave and icemaker.
- Luxurious Sleeping Quarters (Sleeps 14): The home features four spacious King bedrooms, two dedicated bunk areas (with two twin-over-twin bunks), and and additional pull-out couch in the lower level great room.
- Primary Oasis: The main-level King suite boasts a spa-tier ensuite bathroom equipped with a double granite vanity, heated towel rack, luxury bidet with heated seat, heated water and automatic everything.
- Lower-Level Entertainment Zone: The massive lower level functions as a self-contained retreat, featuring a second full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite island. Relax in the lower level great room with three stacked TVs, play a round on the pool table, add the ping pong topper to the pool table for fast play, or maintain your routine in the private workout area featuring a Peloton Tread, Peloton Bike+ and Yoga space with a wall mounted TV for increased entertainment.
