About This Rental
The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a spacious living room with vaulted exposed beam ceilings, a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), tongue and groove pinewood walls, and heart pine wood floors. The first floor also contains access to the covered porch on the front of the cabin as well as the covered porch on the back, which contains plenty of rockers, a porch swing, a picnic table and a gas grill.
The cabin has three separate master bedroom suites, each containing its own private bathroom, wood log beds, custom duvet covers and comfortable Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses. The main floor bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the upstairs and basement bedrooms contain queen beds. Also on the upper level is a loft area with a double futon and cable TV. In addition, the basement contains twin bunk beds also with cable TV.
Should you need to stay connected to home or search for your next high country activity, the wireless high speed internet connection will surely help.
For the young at heart, spend time down stairs playing foosball or one of the many board games in the cabin. You may also choose to enjoy a movie and relax in front of a cozy fire or unwind in the private hot tub on the lower covered porch. - Firewood for the indoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Keep dogs off of furnishings at all times.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
