Come experience this beautiful log home, nestled in a quiet gated community in the serene Valle Crucis area.
Enter the cabin by the covered porch with a gas grill, dining suit, and hot tub. Walk inside to a comfortable living room with soaring cathedral ceilings, brushed suede furnishings, and a gas fireplace with an HDTV mounted above it. A few steps beyond is the eat-in kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and table for 8. Off the kitchen is a half bath.
Off the left side of the living room is the master bedroom suite with a King bed, access to the hot tub deck, and a private bathroom. Upstairs from the living room is a loft with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with two full beds as well as a full bathroom.
The lower level of the home has a second living area with a huge sectional sofa arranged around an HDTV, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with King bed.
Situated just 5 minutes from the Mast General Store and Valle Crucis Community Park in the Dutch Creek area of Valle Crucis, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk are 25 minutes away or less. All of the High Country’s best shopping, dining, and outdoor activities are just a short drive from this lovely mountain hideaway. You’re sure to love coming home to Deer Run!

This home is accessed by a steep gravel road and driveway. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended year round and are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.
