- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 14-30 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">- The internet at this home is not high-speed, but it is wireless DSL. Due to the slower speed, it is not suitable for gaming or streaming movies.</em><br />
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />
- This home allows up to 4&nbsp;mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.<br />
- DURING WINTER (Nov-March) 4WD/AWD and/or chains strongly recommended and will be necessary when inclement weather is possible in order to navigate the roads on the way to this home. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.</p>
