Gulf Beachside cottage with great view of Gulf Beach. You are my Sunshine has a large open deck for sunbathing, with built in benches and a picnic table. Easy Gulf Beach access. Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, open deck, phon, Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs, DVD, washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, blender, automatic drip coffee maker / toaster.

Bed sizes: 2 Queen, 1 set Twin bunks. Linens provided.

No smoking. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $75.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $200 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations.
