Amazing condo for couples or small families at a great price! This charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo will be your favorite island getaway. This condo has lots of great features and is spacious, comfortable, and a one-bedroom. The open-plan living space with high ceilings, light and airy decor will be a hit. The living room also has a bonus single, fold-out ottoman. After a day at sea, relax on the sofa and enjoy the streaming TV and DVD player in the living room. You can log in to your favorite streaming services from the TV or use the digital antenna to receive local programming. There is free Wi-Fi available. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. DI Time features a smooth top stove, Whirlpool refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, garbage disposal and automatic drip coffee maker. You can also use it to cook, dish, and glassware. You have the option of eating at the dining table in comfort or relaxing on the island with a few stools. Two twin beds with built-in bunk beds are located just past the kitchen. It has a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. All linens are included. All guests have easy access to the full bathroom. We recommend that you bring your own towels to use outside and at the beach. There's a covered deck that you can relax on while you enjoy your morning coffee. There's also covered parking, an outside shower, and an outdoor kitchen. This four-unit condo complex has an outdoor kitchen that guests can use. It includes a gas grill, green egg grill, and pizza oven. The outdoor kitchen is open to guests, but please clean up after using it. What about the location? It's versatile and you can find many things within walking distance. There's something for everyone! You can walk west along the Island’s walking/bicycle path and you are only 0.4 miles from the Town’s Middle beach. If you want to go east, you will be approximately 700 feet from Salt Creek Park's children's play area. There is also a public basketball court right next to the park. Continue east on the next block to reach the Island's skate park. You can reach Pirates Bar & Grill, the Pirates pool, and beach area by traveling south on Orleans Drive. You can also explore Omega Street, which is located to your north. You'll be on your way to the small Airport, which is about a mile away from DI Time. You'll be able to plan your stay for the Island’s Mardi Gras Season and be just moments from the parade route. There are also serval Island beaches that you can enjoy! There are three public beaches in the Town: East, West, and Middle. The Town of Dauphin Island's 2022 public beach fees are $10 per vehicle (includes all occupants), and $3 per person for walk-ins and bike-ins. The vehicle or pedestrians can be admitted to any Town beach on the same day as the purchase. Your arrival check-in packet also includes a parking permit that allows you to park on four west end permit-only parking streets with beach access.
