The Big Lazy is a great spot for relaxation! Enjoy 1500 square feet of living space with 1050 square feet of covered decks! Incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico / Mississippi Sound! Open floor plan with water views from every room! Master bedroom with King sized bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Wonderful deck furnishings on both decks for lazing the day away. Pet friendly home, located just across from Gulf beach and walking/bike trail.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, phone, 3 cable TV's, 3 DVD players, radio, full size washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker, blender / toaster. Assorted puzzles and games, plus a foosball table! Pet friendly, no smoking. Large covered decks with gate on deck stairway. Pet friendly, No smoking.

Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Sets twin bunks.

No smoking. Pet friendly with $75/per pet fee; limit 2 pets, leash law strictly enforced. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $75.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $300 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations.
