This fantastic pet friendly, Gulf view home is located just across from one of Dauphin Island's last stretches of undeveloped Gulf Beachfront and has beautiful, expansive Gulf views. In addition to the panoramic gulf views from the large open deck and interior, your family will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with charming wood beam ceilings, plank flooring, granite counter tops and more. Sea Dog has three bedroom and three full baths, comfortable living area with an electric fireplace, cable TV, DVD laundry facilities including a full size washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen. The chef in your family will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator with ice maker, automatic drip coffee maker, blender and toaster. The master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed, full private bath, private north deck and cable TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed and Cable TV and shares the Jack and Jill full bath with the third bedroom. Equipped with an extra-large Twin daybed, the large third bedroom has a wonderful Gulf view and can have expanded sleeping capacity with the use of 3 luxury Simmons Twin fold-away beds that each have a 300 pound weight limit.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, large open decks with gulf view, smaller private deck off master bedroom, 3 Cable TV's, DVD, full size washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker and toaster oven.

No smoking. Pet friendly with $50/per pet fee; leash law strictly enforced. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $100.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $300 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations.
