Beautifully furnished and equipped with ceramic tile living area and carpeted bedrooms. Semper Fi has four bedrooms, two on each end of the home with a convenient full hall bath located between each bedroom. Located on the east of the home is the Gulf Front master bedroom with a King bed and Cable TV while the second east bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. The east full bath has a deep combination garden tub and shower. The bedrooms on the west side of the open floor plan living are a Gulf front Queen bedroom with cable TV and fourth bedroom with 2 twins. The west full bath is equipped with a walk in shower. An additional half bath is located just off the living and dining area. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has ample storage and countertop prep space and a kitchen bar that seats three, with a glass top dining table nearby. Semper Fi is now pet friendly, with a limit of 2 dogs and a $100/per pet fee. This home is made available for rental on a weekly basis only.
