The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and is located conveniently to the second full bathroom. A large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and a bonus second refrigerator completes the first-floor interior. Step from the living area out onto the spacious covered deck that runs along the waterfront and overlooks the expansive waterfront and the boat dock with ample tie up space for your boat. (The boat lift picture is not available for guest use). The fisherman in your family will love this location and the quick access it offers into the Mississippi Sound. Located on the second floor are the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms, separated by a TV area with seating and entry to the third full bath. The third bedroom has a King bed and a Twin bed. A fourth bedroom is accessed by a connecting door from the third bedroom and has a full bed. The fifth bedroom is equipped with a King bed and has a second entry into the shared third full bathroom. This lovely home is well, equipped and comfortable. While this property does not have traditional cable, you'll be able to enjoy more channels than our local cable provides through YouTube streaming TV. There are two TVs with YouTube TV streaming service. These TVs are located in the living area and second floor North king bedroom. A third TV is available in the second floor sitting area - bring your Roku, Firestick or game system to use this TV. High speed internet is available. Snowbird monthly rentals November through March.
