A two story home, Ibb's Folly has a king sized master bedroom with a private full bath located on the first floor, along with the common living area, dining, kitchen and half bath. Located on the second floor are three additional bedrooms and two full baths. Ibb's Folly is located on a west end beachfront thru lot, conveniently located along the Island's 7 mile jogging/bicycling trail. Play on the beach and relax on the decks enjoying wonderful views of the beach and the Island's sunrises and sunsets

Amenities include: central heat/air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, Cable TV, DVD, phone, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen includes dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, automatic drip coffee maker, blender, toaster. Open and covered deck. No smoking, No Pets.

Bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 sets Twin Bunks / 1 Twin daybed. Linens not provided.

No smoking. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $125.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $500 damage deposit required.
