The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">Access from parking to the front door requires climbing two steps.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving.</li>

<p style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt"><strong>Trash and Recycling</strong><br />
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.<br />
