This home is not suitable for parties or groups that want to be loud and boisterous. All rules of the association, including QUIET HOURS (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 cars at unit, other at overflow), and no TRASH outside must be observed. The house is located 4 minutes from the overflow parking. Your party may be removed from the house immediately for violating any of these rules. No refunds will be given. Guests are responsible to pay any fines imposed by the municipality or the association for violating local regulations. Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee
-The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
For violations, $100 fee will be assessed.
-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others.
Violations will result in a $100 fine per vehicle and a -2 car maximum
Overflow parking is required for groups with more than two vehicles and trailers.
Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.
No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy
-Well trained dogs less than 50 pounds Maximum 2 dogs. $100 fee. Dogs that bark may not be allowed in the unit. Other pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $300 fee and immediate expulsion from the unit.
