<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.</li>

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">Parking is limited to 2 CARS. Additional parking is available in the overflow area across from unit 11, an easy walk to the house!</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner&rsquo;s Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">Access from parking to the front door does not require climbing steps.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving.</li>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"><strong>Trash and Recycling</strong><br />
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.<br />
