Property Description

This is the best ski-in/ski-out convenience you will ever find. You can ski right from your home by putting your boots on right next to the beginner's ski area. You don't even need to walk! This cottage is a great entry-level family friendly option. It offers all the comforts of home and allows you to explore the many attractions that northern New Hampshire has. This is a great opportunity to stay in a beautiful location at a much lower price, even though it's not as modern or luxurious as some of our condos. This is the perfect location for year-round enjoyment!
The lower level has a large mudroom for ski boots, jackets, and skis. This level also includes an open-concept TV room and a kids room (with a twin and a bunk bed) as well as a bathroom. You will find 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor. One with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and one with one king bed. This level does not have a TV. The cottage's owners want to make sure that their family spends as much time in the mountains as possible to get to know each other and avoid excessive screen time. Fear not, a TV is downstairs for your entertainment! The real show is outside your home. There's so much to do! You will find many activities on the site, including world-class skiing and snowshoeing, ziplining, river tubing and fishing, as well as mountain biking. You can also visit the Mount Washington Hotel, which is only a few minutes away by car. There's more. You can visit the Cog Rail, Santa's Village and Storyland all within a short drive. There are also several state parks (Crawford Notch and Franconia Notch), multiple resorts, stunning hikes, tax-free outlet shops, and many other attractions.

Master Bedroom: Located on main level, it features a queen size bed and an attached full bathroom. Sleeps 2. Private deck with views to the back yard. Guest Bedroom #2: Located on main level, this guest bedroom features a King-size bed. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #3: Located upstairs, this guest bedroom features a King-size bed and 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 4. #4 Guest Bedroom. This guest bedroom is located on the lower level. It has a Twin/Twin and a separate twin bed. Sleeps 3. Bathroom #1: Full bathroom located in the master bedroom. Bathroom #2: Full bathroom located on the main floor. Bathroom #2: Separate shower in the bathroom. Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies. Living/Dining Area: An open concept space that features comfortable furniture and surrounds the stone fireplace. Please note: There is no TV at this level. Lower Level: Additional living and gaming space with a TV. Outdoor Space: Located next to Bretton Woods Resort, you can ski directly from your home! Outdoor dining is also possible on the deck, which has a BBQ grill. Additional Features: High speed wi-fi, Cable TV and Xbox, free washer/dryer, and linens included. Please note that this Home does not have AC. The climate in this home is very mild so AC is not necessary. Fans are available
