<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This cozy unit is located within the first of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort&rsquo;s ski slopes and mountain bike trails.&nbsp; The convenience of this property simply can&rsquo;t be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort&rsquo;s main lodge, restaurant &amp; bar.&nbsp; The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive.&nbsp; Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.&nbsp; </span></span></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This unit has a galley-style kitchen and dining is convenient either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a small seating area adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace, rustic furnishings (including a sleeper sofa), a flat screen TV, and an elevated view of the beginner ski slope.&nbsp; The bedroom includes two queen beds and a flat screen TV.&nbsp; The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms.&nbsp; The condo comfortably accommodates four.</span></span></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind).&nbsp; The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.&nbsp; We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp; </span></span></p>
