Property Description

his cozy unit is located within the first of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The convenience of this property simply can't be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.   Features & amenities: Aspen East #132 has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located on the third (top) level, 32 steps from the parking lot. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Bryce Resort's golf course and Great North Mountain. The vaulted ceilings of this unit and the five windows fill the condo with natural light. The reward is well worth the effort!   This unit has been recently updated with new kitchen countertops and cabinets, new kitchen and bath flooring, and new bathroom fixtures. The galley kitchen is equipped with a eat-at bar and a small seating area next to the living room. The living room has a large stone fireplace, rustic furniture (including a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a view of the beginner's ski slope. The bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV and rustic furnishings. The bathroom has separate powder and toilet/shower rooms. The condo can comfortably accommodate four people.   Please take a close look at the photos. This condo is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for guests of all types.   The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also provided. Please bring your favorite grind. The condo also comes with bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, a towel set for each maximum occupant, a travel-size bar of soap per maximum occupant, two dishwasher tabs as well as three kitchen trash bags, a bath trash bag, ten paper towel rolls, ten kitchen dish towels, ten travel-size soaps and ten scrubby pads. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store.   The condo building has a shed located on the ground floor to the left of the building that provides firewood from late fall until early spring.   The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. Our Check-in Office has a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs that you can borrow for free during your stay.   Other Notables: Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of two). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive check-in instructions 7 days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within 7 days), which include the property address, driving directions and a unique Key Code.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   Mountain & Valley Fun: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities and features include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
