This cozy unit is situated in the second of three condominium buildings at the base Bryce Resort’s ski slopes and bike trails. This property is incredibly convenient: it's only a 50-yard stroll to the main ski/bikelift, 75-yards to the ski/bike store, and 100-yards to the Resort's main Lodge, Restaurant & Bar. The golf course pro-shop is only a short drive or 0.4 mile walk away. The Aspen East Pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 7am-10pm), located adjacent to the building, is a favorite of both kids and adults. FEATURES & AMENITIES:Aspen East #224 Mountain Driftwood Lodge has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located on the third floor, 32 steps from the parking lot. Its balcony offers a nice view of Bryce Resort's golf course and Great North Mountain. This charming third-floor condo features a stone fireplace. The living area offers a panoramic view when the five-foot wide custom barn door is opened. The dining area is bar seating in the kitchen counter/bar. The large bedroom has a queen-sized bed and custom bunk beds are available in the living room. (A big hit with kids!) This unit can comfortably accommodate up to five people. The short walk from the ski lift to Bryce Resort and its facilities will make you happy. The living room has a large stone fireplace, new furniture, and a Smart TV (streaming is only available via Amazon Firestick). The bedroom is also equipped with a smart television. The bathroom has separate powder, shower/commode and washer/dryer units. Please take a close look at the listing photos. This condo is 750 square feet and offers all the comforts and amenities of a brand new home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also provided. Please bring your favorite grind. The condo also comes with bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, a towel set for each maximum occupant, a travel-size bar of soap per maximum occupant, two dishwasher tabs as well as three kitchen trash bags, a bath trash bag, ten paper towel rolls, ten kitchen dish towels, ten travel-size soaps and a scrubby pad. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store. The condo building has a shed located on the ground floor to the left of the building that provides firewood from late fall until early spring. Eero mesh WiFi delivers high-speed internet at speeds of up to 300mbps. This is perfect for streaming, gaming, and working. OTHER NOTABLES:Pets are NOT permitted. This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in seven days before your arrival. These instructions include the address of the property, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information. Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing.
