Access the condo via 30 steps down from the parking area.&nbsp; Use caution during the winter months - steps may be icy.&nbsp; Please use hand rails, ice melt and shovels (provided) if necessary.&nbsp; Located within the Bryce Resort community, this condo is about 2.5 miles from the Resort&rsquo;s main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 1 mile from the Basye Community Store, Smiley&#39;s Ice Cream &amp; mini-golf, Pale Fire Brewing, and the Burn Barrel Tavern.<br />

The living area includes a comfortable loveseat and two chairs, a small electric fireplace, and a smart TV.&nbsp; Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers.&nbsp; The EFFICIENCY kitchen and dining area located adjacent and open to the living area. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, a NutriChef and a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite roast/flavor). The large bedroom has a queen bed, trundle bed (2 twins) and a full bathroom. Sleeps four comfortably.<br />

The condo is equipped with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.&nbsp; We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp;<br />

WiFi internet is provided by 150mbps service, which is ample for working, video conferencing, web browsing, and TV streaming on many devices.&nbsp;<br />

Guests have unlimited seasonal access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 1.9 miles from this property. &nbsp;See pictures of our pool in the unit listing.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.<br />

Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police.<br />
