Property Description

Villa #94 is an exclusive two-story chalet located in a wooded area. Relax on the deck to enjoy the outdoors, and the wintertime views of Bryce Mountain. This woodland chalet is accessible directly from the parking lot. There are no steps. This chalet is located in the Bryce Resort Community, approximately 0.7 miles away from the Resort's main Lodge and ski/bike Lifts and 2 miles away from the Basye Store.   Please carefully review the listing images. This chalet is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for all guests.   FEATURES & AMENITIES: The spacious living and dining rooms include a wood-burning stove and a sleeper couch. Firewood is available from late fall to early spring. The kitchen and breakfast area are adjacent to the living/dining rooms and include basic cookware, tablesware, appliances and a basket style drip coffee maker. (Filters provided, but bring your favorite grind). The main floor includes a bedroom, a full bath and a laundry room. The upstairs has a bedroom that has two twin beds and another bedroom that has a full-size bed. There is also a full bathroom. Sleeps 8   The chalet comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh linens for the bed, one towel per maximum occupant, two tabs of dishwasher soap, two rolls of toilet paper, five trash bags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll, a kitchen dish towel, scrubbing pads, and sachets. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store.   The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. Our Check-in Office has a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs that you can borrow for free during your stay.   OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of three). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in via email seven working days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within seven days). These instructions include the property address, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information.   This property does NOT have an outdoor hottub, grill or fire pit.   The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at the check-in desk (2565 Orkney grade). Pictures of our pool are available in the unit listing. It is open Monday through Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9am-5pm.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
