This vaulted-ceiling condo is located on the ski slopes and bike trails adjacent to Bryce Resort&#39;s lodge and lifts.&nbsp; It&#39;s super convenient - 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort&rsquo;s lodge, restaurant &amp; bar.&nbsp; The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive.&nbsp; Other amenities in Basye are a short 1.5 mile drive, including the Community Store, Smiley&#39;s Ice Cream &amp; Mini-golf, Burn Barrel tavern, and Pale Fire Brewing.&nbsp; Kids and adults alike also love this condo&#39;s easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.&nbsp;&nbsp;SPECIAL NOTICE (April 24, 2026): The Aspen East pool is undergoing renovation with planned re-opening in early July 2026; if the pool is important to your stay, please ask us for a status update before booking.<br />

Aspen East #237: Lavender Lodge (next door to its sister listing #235: Timber Lodge) is a one bedroom, one bathroom, top floor unit with 36 steps up from parking lot level.&nbsp; While the stair climb is tough, the view of the ski slopes is totally worth it!&nbsp; The balcony is high up at lift-level, so guests can chat with skiers passing by.&nbsp; You&#39;ll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort&#39;s facilities.&nbsp;<br />

Lavender Lodge was renovated in 2017.&nbsp; Aside from its lift-level views of the ski slopes, other wow-factors include a built-in triple-decker bunk bed, massive stone wood-burning fireplace, and a huge bedroom.&nbsp; The living room and bedroom have front-row views of the ski slopes and passersby on the ski lift. Dining is bar seating for three at the galley-style kitchen bar.&nbsp; The bedroom has one queen bed and additional sleeping capacity is provided by triple-decker bunk beds (one double, two twins) in the living room (huge hit with kiddos!).&nbsp; Each bunk has a cubby with reading light and USB outlet.&nbsp; This unit comfortably sleeps up to six, subject to the limitations of having only one bathroom.&nbsp; The living room features a substantial stone fireplace (not wood-burning), cozy furnishings, and a smart TV (streaming only).&nbsp; The bedroom also includes a smart TV.&nbsp; The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms.&nbsp; A stacked full-size washer/dryer unit is located in the bedroom closet.<br />

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind).&nbsp; The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.&nbsp; We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp;<br />

High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 100mbps -- plenty for working, streaming and light gaming.<br />
