This thoughtfully renovated slope-view condo is in the middle of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort’s ski slopes and mountain bike trails. No other location beats this condo's convenience: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort’s main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building. <br />

FEATURES & AMENITIES:<br />
Aspen East #221: On The Slopes is a one bedroom, one bathroom, middle floor unit with 32 steps up from parking lot level. Its balcony offers a front-row seat to the ski slopes, bike park, and major fireworks shows (typically Brycefest Weekend/July 4 and New Years Eve), as well as a great view of the mountains to the northwest.<br />

This welcoming condo has a large stone fireplace and a living area with a great view of the ski slopes. Fireplace is set up to burn only Duraflame logs (please do not burn regular firewood). Dining is bar seating for four at the kitchen bar/counter with black granite countertops. The huge bedroom has two queen beds, and additional sleeping capacity is provided by a queen sleeper sofa in living room; it comfortably sleeps up to six. The living room features comfy furnishings, and a smart TV. The bedroom also includes a smart TV. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities. <br />

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store. <br />
<br />
Firewood is available for purchase at the Kiosk in our office parking lot (2565 Orkney Grade), the Basye Community Store, and a variety of other nearby roadside stands.<br />
<br />
High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 900+mbps -- perfect for pretty much anything you want to do online.<br />

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.<br />

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police. Please be mindful of noise and your neighbors - residents and guests come to Bryce Resort to get away from the noise!<br />

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Please visit Bryce Resort’s website for more information, seasonality, and pricing. Unfortunately, the Resort does not extend discounts for us to offer.<br />

Bryce Resort is also the perfect launch point for many other adventures in the northern Shenandoah Valley, including hiking, fishing, hot air ballooning, visiting wineries & breweries, exploring caverns, antiquing, enjoying the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival on summer Saturdays in nearby Orkney Springs, and so much more.
