Guests can enjoy kayaking right from the property with kayaks provided, or head to Foothills Outdoor Adventures, less than 5 miles away, to rent paddle boards, pontoon boats, and more. Skyline Marina offers boat rentals, boat storage, and food on the lake. Or bring your own boat and access the local boat launch and keep your boat at the private boat slip. Whether you're water skiing, fishing, tubing, or simply cruising Kerr Scott Lake, this is your base for lake life at its best.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 15 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
