Asheville Roundhouse is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.

During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
Smoking Prohibited. Please note, smoking is not allowed at Asheville Roundhouse. Guests are prohibited from smoking both on the interior and exterior of the property, and this rule is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
