Groceries and many dining options are three miles down the road in downtown Canton. In addition to local attractions, the Cherokee Casino is less than 30 minutes away from the property, and the Cataloochee Ski Area less than 35 minutes away. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Canton and is approximately 28 minutes from downtown Asheville; all above 2631 ft sea level.

Noise Ordinance and Firewood
River Bank Retreat is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains. Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
This property is pet friendly, allowing one dog per reservation.
Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Travel Insurance Recommended

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 5 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
