About This Rental
Recently upgraded in 2022 and 2023, this home features a gourmet kitchen with chef’s island, new pool chaise lounges, stainless steel appliances (2 microwaves, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers), a roomy breakfast bar with seating for 3, a huge dining table with seating for 10, new sofa, new Adirondack chairs (top floor) and magnificent decking overlooking the pool and also the fairway!
The 3 master suites are roomy and the grand master has a guest safe. There is also a reading nook overlooking the fairway.
In the recreation room you’ll find a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You’ll love the pool table, Wii with a variety of games. There are even an assortment of videos for late night movie watching. A custom ping pong table and air hockey table await you in the completely finished garage.
Outside enjoy the splendor of a huge 32 foot by 14 foot pool and an 8 person hot tub. There is also a gas grill and enclosed outside shower. The family will have the time of their lives playing water volleyball in the pool or even a competitive game of basketball out front!
Dogs permitted however no Rottweilers or other aggressive dogs please!
