The living room has a wall of two sliding doors that both open to the balcony, talk about the most stunning view of your life. The walk in shower with the waterfall shower head just feels so nice at the end of a long day walking to shops or on the beach tanning/swimming.

So comfortable, clean and had a great view. Still no pool but it was ok. Would have been nice to have it since weather was a bit cool for the beach. It looks like it will be beautiful when it is done.

Wonderful View

The view from the living room simply cannot be beat. The large windows/doors out to the balcony make for an unforgettable view. The property was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, though we did not really use it much. The parking was plentiful and easy. They provided two beach towels and plenty of bath towels and travel sized toiletries. There was also a small box with dish soap and such. Overall, our stay was lovely. Visiting during the winter months, I did not expect to be spending much time on the beach, but having the large window and large balcony was wonderful for sitting with a blanket and a coffee and reading, while still being near the ocean, which is precisely what this trip was for. We did not use the pool, due to the chilly weather, but it looked to be in good shape. The beach was extremely easy to access from the property with very few stairs down to the sand. The boardwalk / pier were within walking distance (for us) and there was both a Publix and a Winn Dixie within a very quick driving distance for groceries and anything else we needed. While we were there, there was construction happening right next to the condo on the beach ramp, sometimes late into the night. This is not the fault of the property owner, but might be worth looking into if you have small children who are easily woken up by noise.

The condo is truly an Ocean Paradise. It is decorated beautifully in beach theme. Very comfortable with everything you need. The ocean and Intercoastal views are spectacular. With Congo Island mini golf, Ocean Club Beach Shop and Dollar General right across the street everything is at your fingertips.

Just about perfect. The location was amazing and puts you in the heart of things. The unit was very nicely furnished with comfortable beds, reclining sofa and chair, and fully stocked kitchen. I think this was the first time I did not have to go out and buy something for the kitchen. Brew coffee your way with 3 styles of coffee makes including 2 Keurig systems. Plenty of good quality towels, linens and beach towels. Good assortment of beach toys, chairs and a boogie board made the grandsons happy. Large table had plenty of space for family meals and a ongoing puzzle. Balcony views were very nice. Only negative was this condo building has not rebuilt its outdoor patio, pools or stairs to the beach, however the city has reopened its pedestrian beach access that is only one building away. Highly recommend.

I mean these thought of everything. I will not ruin any surprises. I want anyone who rents to be as excited and in awe as me. But they literally had everything. My parents rented the Pent house at the same time I rented this condo, and there were things they wish they had in the pent house. 2 weeks was not long enough.
