I am 46 and had never planned a trip in my life, but finding this condo made everything so easy. The booking process, communication, and even check-out were all done right from my phone, super simple and stress-free. The condo itself was very clean, located on the first floor (great if you have pets), and had a beautiful view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. One note: the grass area shown in one of the listing photos is not directly accessible, you will need to walk to the front near the road or to the side of the building. It was not a problem at all, especially being on the first floor. The parking garage was a bit of an adventure, it was a steep straight-down ramp, and our assigned spot was tight against the wall, which made it tricky with a large F-150. We ended up parking outside, which worked out fine once we realized that was an option. My only real complaint (and this is no fault of the condo owner) was the keypad for beach access. The numbers are worn off from heavy use, which made it tough to see. The beach itself was gorgeous and so close to the condo. The sand was packed and easy to walk on, which was a huge plus for me and my elderly dad, much better than the soft sand we are used to in Panama City Beach. Another highlight was how close everything was. Restaurants and shops were just minutes away, and I highly recommend Our Deck Down Under. The food, scenery, and service were absolutely amazing, and it was only a 4-minute drive from the condo. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this condo for a stress-free beach vacation!

This lovely 2/2 has quality furniture and a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. Walk right out your sliding doors to enjoy your patio and stairs to the pool and beach. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.

This home had everything you could need. Bottom floor convenient for anyone older or mobility issues. Not modern but very tasteful decorated. New windows provide full ocean view and quiet inside although people are outside at pool. I would not hesitate to stay again

You cannot beat the location of this rental!! If your goal is to soak up the sun either at the pool or the beach, book this rental now. Having beach towels, a beach umbrella and some boogie boards available was a nice touch.
