Cobblestone Cove Villa 7 is a modern waterfront townhouse located on Lake Superior in downtown Grand Marais. The home sleeps up to 6 and is arranged with two bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa on the main level. The property is part of a 10-unit complex on the shoreline and includes lake access and a shared ledge rock shoreline (shorelines are ever changing).

The interior setup is designed for privacy and convenience. Bedroom 1 (upper level) has a queen bed and an attached full bath with a shower/tub. Bedroom 2 (upper level) also has a queen bed and an attached full bath with a shower/tub. A half bath is located on the main level near the living area. Two gas fireplaces are provided—one in the living room and one in Bedroom 1.

For meals and longer stays, the full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus dishes, pots, and flatware. Standard conveniences include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Additional in-home amenities include air conditioning, heating, hot water, internet access, television, DVD, hair dryer, and provided towels/linens. Parking is available.

Outdoor space includes a deck or patio and a balcony; outdoor furniture may be seasonal. The loft area above the primary bedroom is not available for guest use and is locked off for insurance reasons. Grills and beach fires are not permitted anywhere on the property. Along with 2 gas fireplaces (one in the living room and one in Bedroom 1), private decks and patios overlooking Lake Superior, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking views of Boulder Park, Grand Marais Harbor, and Artist's Point. This unit also features an upgraded, commercial-grade hide-a-bed. The same model commonly used in five-star hotels. Unlike many traditional hide-a-beds, it is exceptionally comfortable and provides a high-quality sleeping experience for our guests. The Cobblestone Cove Villas was built in 2005 on one of the most spectacular pieces of land in Grand Marais. The 10-unit complex is on the shoreline of Lake Superior. Some owners choose to use their units for their own private vacations to the North Shore. Others rent out units for you to enjoy. You'd be hard-pressed to find a location more ideal for your vacation on the Grand Marais Harbor. Note: The loft area above the master bedroom is not available for guests to use for insurance reasons. Access has been locked off. Grills and Beach Fires: Unfortunately, due to the location of Cobblestone Cove, grills and beach fires are not permitted anywhere on this property. This was our second stay at this location. Beautiful and on the Grand Marais harbor beach. Short walk to anything in town including the harbor lighthouse. You can't go wrong with this choice. Perfect time of year as the leaves were at peak fall color. We had lots of photo ops.
