All bedrooms and bathrooms are located at ground level. -The flooring is all tile, there is no carpet in the home. -The suite bathroom attached to bedroom 1 has safety handles in the shower. -Wide hallways and open living space. -Lake access is easy but not wheelchair accessible. However, you can get pretty close to the lake along the ledge rock area. There is a single step to get to the lakeside of the home from the 3-season living room. -Please note that the TV room may be too small/tight to fit a wheelchair. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at some homes with an additional pet fee. Pet owners must: pick up droppings, keep pet leashed when outside, keep the pet off of furniture and bedding, and must kennel the pet if the pet is left alone in the home.
