Property Description

I have received 99% 5 Stars (one 4 star because my couch (I have 3) was not as firm as they liked 5 years ago! but everything else was a 5 star). I change out couches every 2-3 years. 2025 will have a new one. 

Believe me when I say 14 to 15 people can actually sit in the living room watch TV play games cook there is plenty of room. I provide everything and more.
I have spared no expense in creating an environment where everyone in the family will be comfortable in every room. The houses will provide the following: CENTRAL A/C,SURROUND SOUND, 3 WASHER/DRYERS, FILTERED WATER SYSTEM, SECURITY SYSTEM, AND SOUND PROOFED WALLS! YOU ARE 30 SECONDS TO THE SAND IN S. MISSION BEACH AND IN THE MOST PRIME AREA IN ALL OF MISSION BEACH. YOU ARE A 2 min. WALK TO 2 SPORTS BARS, A FOOD MARKET, AND 3 RESTAURANTS. EACH NIGHT YOU CAN STROLL DOWN TO BELMONT PARK AND ENJOY THE FAMOUS ROLLER COASTER, ICE CREAM PARLORS, SHOPS, AND BUMPER CARS. IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT A 10 MINUTE WALK. IT'S ONLY A 5 MIN. DRIVE TO SEA WORLD AND 15 MIN. TO THE AIRPORT AND ZOO.RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER IS A HUGE MAN MADE WAVE MACHINE THAT IS SURROUNDED BY AN OUTDOOR RESTAURANT AND BAR.THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING SO YOU ONLY NEED TO BRING YOUR SWIM TRUNKS AND A TOOTHBRUSH!!!

Rentals are for families.
No large parties or gatherings (i.e. pre or post wedding or convention get togethers). In other words this is for family vacations.
Also, no smoking on the property. the beds are new and the stench is too difficult to get out.

Absolutely no pets are allowed on the premises. If someone comes to visit, it is not allowed. Deposit will be lost. They can bring flees and most renters have someone allergic to animals.
