This charming, three-bedroom, two-bathroom southern exposure waterfront home is very comfortable. Very close to Tigertail Beach. This home boasts a dock and boat lift that offer a great view of the water. All bedrooms have been recently updated with new bedding. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dual sinks and a standing shower. Two guest bedrooms are available: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has a combination bathtub/shower. The kitchen includes a glass top stove, oven, microwave, dual stainless-steel sink, and a refrigerator. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook and a formal dining area. Both the formal living and family rooms have televisions and entertainment centers. The patio and pool are both very large. The elevated patio offers a beautiful view of the water. The dock has a boat lift, and is ideal for fishing. WiFi is available inside the home. Owner keeps personal vehicle in garage.
