Property Description
This spacious waterfront home features a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and is close to shops and beaches. The decor is elegant and light, with a tropical theme and warm, sandy colors. The spacious formal living room has a sliding glass door that opens to the outside, which allows for views of the pool, dock and canal beyond. The formal dining room can seat six people and is a great place to host guests or family. A small breakfast nook is available in the kitchen for everyday dining. The kitchen is large, spacious, well-equipped, and very well-designed. It has all new stainless steel major appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water filter and an ice maker, a glass top stove and microwave, and a dishwasher. A small office nook is available in the kitchen for those who need to attend to business while on vacation. The family room features a number of plush couches and lounges, as well as a large flat-screen television with cable and a DVD/CD player. The first guest bedroom has one king-sized bed, while the second has one. They share a bathroom that has a combination tub and shower. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a large bathroom that includes a walk in shower, soaker tub, double vanity, and a large toilet. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TV's. The large lanai has a heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs.
