The house offers beautiful views from its wide sliding doors that lead to the pool and large screened lanai. There are also custom-made large panoramic-view screens in the back yard. Three bedrooms are equipped with smart HD-TVs that have high-speed internet access. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom with two sinks, under counter lighting, and a luxurious walk-in rain-style shower head that creates a relaxing waterfall experience. There is also an additional hand-held head as well as regular showerhead. The queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom is shared with the twins and full in the third. The guest bathroom features a walk-in bathtub with an angled showerhead, a hand-held device and single vanity with under-counter lighting. It also has direct access to the pool deck. The backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and sunbathing while enjoying the occasional visits by dolphins and pelicans. Boat Lift is NOT available for guest use.
