There is an enormous heated pool with a stunning enclosure and stunning lanai deck. This home is one-story living at its best, with no stairs to climb and an attached garage. Granite countertops are included in the kitchen, which features soft-close kitchen cabinets, top quality appliances, and high-quality granite countertops. The furniture throughout the house, including the bar-height kitchen table and chairs in it, as well as the leather power reclining sofa, loveseat, and chair in its living room, and the beds and mattresses in its bedrooms are all brand new.
