The Great Room floorplan features vautled ceilings, 12 foot sliding glass doors, and opens to a 41X10 screened patio. This lanai is perfect for enjoying the sunrise while you sip your morning coffee. The brand new heated pool can be seen from the other lanai that is off the dining area. The living room has ample seating and a table that can seat 6 people. The master bedroom is located on the one side of this house. It also has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a guest bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. A covered area can accommodate up to 3 cars and is located down stairs.
