Enjoy INCREDIBLE WEATHER in our NEWLY BUILT VACATION HOUSE on Marco Island, just minutes from the beaches. Open floor plan featuring plank tile throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen and breakfast bar, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the living room so that everyone can feel at home, even when they are cooking. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and French doors leading to the lanai. The large, en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a large, walk-in shower. Our home's opposite wing has two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds. They share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The outdoor space is stunning with a heated pool, spa, and spill-over area. Grill on the Weber grill or outside on the screened-in lanai. We have beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for those who prefer white sandy beaches. If you want to explore the island or ride to the beach, we have four adult bikes.
