As you make your way into the home you will find the family room with it's comfortable L shaped couch perfect for watching the big game, movie or TV on this large flat screen TV. Looking for a bit more solitude? the formal living room is where you will find a sleek grey couch with two arm chairs perfect for curling up reading a good book
The bedrooms are just as comfortable and modern as the rest of the house. Master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, soaking tub and shower. The first guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV shares a hallway and the second guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a large single sink vanity and a walk in shower.

The kitchen boasts a beautiful breakfast bar with white and grey granite through out, stainless steel appliances and crisp white cabinets. The breakfast bar seats 4 comfortably, with an additional table for 2 and a dining room that seats 4. The kitchen has a great view of not only the family room but a large pass through window to watch the young ones enjoying the pool.

Relax pool side with a table for 6 guests and a separate seating area. Perfect for watching the young ones swimming in the pool. Beach is what you prefer you will find towels, chairs and coolers and possibly a raft or two perfect for heading off to the beach to enjoy some sun and fun.
