With indoor and outdoor dining options, you can create endless memories while enjoying our waterfront views nestled on the serene canal. The outdoor covered lanai area comes equipped with a gas grill, table and chairs and lounge chairs.

Enjoy leisurely moments in the private heated pool, unwind under the sun sail on the extended outdoor decking area or bask in the sun on the tranquil dock by the water. Use the two sitter kayak to explore the canal.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook gourmet meals; Keurig and coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishware, flatware and more.

This home has free high speed internet and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV to access your personal streaming accounts and digital cable television service. Stocked with towels, wash cloths, sheets and blankets.

Don't be concerned about packing your beach equipment as this home comes equipped for your use with bicycles, beach coolers, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

This home is very close to some of Marco’s favorite dining spots and just of Collier Blvd which is easy access to shopping and the public beach access points.
