The community offers both oceanfront and sound front pools that are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a beachside snack bar, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts, shuffleboard, state of a state-of-the-art fitness center (Fees apply), children's playground and even a stocked pond for fishing (catch and release).
If you need a break from the salt and sand you can walk or ride your bike along the Corolla Bike Path to the nearby Currituck Banks Reserve walking trails, Corolla Adventure Park, Currituck Lighthouse, Maritime Museum, Currituck Club, and many shops and restaurants.

The ground level features (1) bedroom w/2 sets of duo bunks, full bath (w/tiled shower/tub), and recreation room. The rec room has a bumper pool table, pub table w/bar stools, and a large TV. Also found in the rec room is a kitchenette w/full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

The mid-level boasts four (4) spacious bedrooms (all w/flat screen televisions), two (2) full bathrooms, and a laundry area. The two (2) bedrooms w/Kings are connected by (1) full bath w/ a shower/tub. One (1) bedroom w/Queen and another (1) w/twin bunk set and twin bed share an additional full bath w/shower.

The top level of this home is light and bright and features many ocean-facing doors and windows for beautiful ocean views. This level features a newly remodeled kitchen and wet bar with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, a great room with leather sectional and large screen television and sound bar, a screened-in porch with a ping pong table for friendly family competition, and front and back decks with plenty of seating.
