The community offers both oceanfront and sound front pools that are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a beachside snack bar, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts, shuffleboard, state-of-the-art fitness center (with Fee)), children's playground and even a stocked pond for fishing (catch and release). If you need a break from the salt and sand you can walk or ride your bike along the Corolla Bike Path to the nearby Currituck Banks Reserve walking trails, Corolla Adventure Park, Currituck Lighthouse, Maritime Museum, Currituck Club, and many shops and restaurants.
This modern, seven (7) bedroom, Corolla home has too many updates to list! Salty Paws offers a well appointed kitchen, plenty of seating for dining and entertaining, large bedrooms, and spacious living areas for all to gather. The open concept of the mid-level is the perfect backdrop for large families creating lifelong memories. The attention to detail is hard to ignore. The outdoor space of this home is set up for entertaining with a private fenced-in yard and an oversized (19x37) pool (heated for a fee in May, September, and October to extend the swimming season) and hot tub.
